I'm with you 100% on this matter. How can anyone have the gall to try to blame beer, or make any excuses or alibis at all, for the deadly actions of that "father" towards his little girl! I find it totally NAUSEATING that ANYONE - even his family! - would even consider defending him!

You are such a kind person, . I know that the thought of this incident must be very painful to you.

I hope that you may take comfort in the fact that the cards seem stacked against this "man" - he was not to be around kids, and broke that rule, right? Now, this heartless act? It seems that, no matter how much his family hoots and hollers on his behalf, the LAW will see that this guy pays royally for his disgusting crime!

Sorry I've been so silent lately. I'm really needing to vent right now about a kind of family situation and I hope you don't mind me doing that here. This is a disturbing story.
