has not been one of those 'spitter-uppers' (LOL) but has recently started.

Where do you all find you slings and what do you recommend? >>

---My son is a " spitter " as I call it, lol.

--As for the slings, I bought mine from someone on the internet. You can

pick out your own fabric and send it to her and she sends back the finished

product. I highly recommend it. You can get one to match the baby's room

theme or car seat (if you can find the material) or whatever. And she is

pretty inexpensive. <A

Hi Donna,

> i know coconut is not an intro diet option. how about coconut oil?

No, coconut oil is not on the intro diet. The intro diet should be

followed for 2-5 days. After that you can introduce legal SCD foods

such as coconut oil (or re-introduce it).

Yes, you can try nut yogurt (made with homemade nut milk as per

http://www.pecanbread.com/recipes.html )We usually recommend starting

the yogurt slowly and gradually increasing the amount, to allow the

body to adjust. For those who are sensitive 1/8 tsp and skip a day

or two in between. Then 1/8 or 1/4 tsp on the third or fourth day.

Have you checked out the recipe section?

http://www.pecanbread.com/recipes.html It is organized into many

different categories.
