Hello everyone~

It has been a while since I have posted. I have been sick with some kind of

stuffy nose...soar throat...thing. My dh and I went on the 16th to our

midwife and we got to hear the baby's heartbeat. It was so amazing!! I keep

hoping that God will bless us with a boring pregnancy. We are scheduled to

have another ultrasound done in 1 1/2. It always seems like so far away. I

hope that everyone is hanging in there! Lots of baby dust to those TTC!!

h/b varies depending on the activity level of the baby at the time. It could

have been asleep. Also, the h/b is usually faster during the first few weeks

and then slows down a bit. 136 is perfectly fine.

With my last pg I was gushing blood at 9 weeks, but my little girl is

celebrating her first b-day next month, so it doesn't have to mean the worst.

Take care,

Well....

A minor set back..... I had some spotting on Sat. that has now turned into

full bleeding. I am staying home today per midwife's orders &

perinatologist's. (They work together) She gave me some herbs to help with

the " threatened miscarriage " . I just pray that all this works. I just don't

feel like I can deal with another one. I am 11 1/2 weeks now. A couple more

days untill 12 weeks. She came over today and we listened to the heartbeat.

It was a little low 136 this time instead of 156 last tues. That kind of has

me worried, but I have to keep my hopes up.

Good luck on your apt. there is nothing in the world better than hearing and

seeing your baby's heartbeat!!

,

Whenever I go to the doctors I get different heartrates each time.

Sometimes as much as 20-30 beats slower or faster. The doctor says this

is nothing to worry about. And remember they do start out higher and

start slowing down after a bit. Sometimes they be sleeping and relaxed

and other times they may be jumping around causing their heartbeat to go

higher as they are doing a little workout. Just like our own heartbeat

changes depending on what we are doing at the time it is taken. Also you

can rent dopplers for a small amount a month. I haven't done this but I

know of plenty of people who have and that makes them feel more at ease

when they hear and check the heartbeat. I am afraid if I got one of

those machines in my hand I would go crazy with it!!!!

Did they give you an US because of the bleeding? What did that show?

What color is the bleeding? I know how awful bleeding is. I had a blood

clot at week 7 that finally went at week 15 and I got a heck of alot of

bleeding.

Are you taking it easy and drinking plenty of water?

I wish you all the best in the world.
