My job in the lab is a cytoprep tech right now, but I've only been doing that for about a year. Prior to this, I worked in the main lab as a phlebotomist (yes, I was a vampire!) and/or phlebotomy supervisor. I've also been to nursing school, but decided I like working in the lab better. I've worked in healthcare steadily for about 20 years now (i feel sooooo old when I see that in writing - lol). Anytime you have medical questions, especially lab related, I'd be happy to help. It would be, as I said in an earlier post, a great chance for me to help you guys back - you all have no idea how much better I feel, emotionally and all that, since I found this group.
