Guest guest
I was given the German measles and rubeola vaccines separately at (elementary) school in 1971 and 1972. (I had had measles vaccine in 1965 as well.) At school they lined us up in the gym and shot us with the " gun " . I went on to have the German measles themselves in 1974 despite the vaccine. I was given Polio vaccine 5 times between 1962 and 1967, DPT 4 times '62-'64, smallpox in '63 & '67, and tetanus in 1972. I was ill three days after recieving the DPT and polio on the same day. Don't know how much the schedule had changed by 1969. Guest guest
I was born in 1967 and have a copy of my immunization record from Arkansas which has a 'suggested' schedule on the back... 2mths Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis 3mths " " " " 4mths " " " " 12mths measles and Rubella (which I also had at about 8yo) 15-18mths Smallpox 15-18mths Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis 3-4 yrs Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis 6yrs & over 1st TD (Adult) Booster I also got 2 Typhoid shots at 8 (originally a series of 4 but they stopped 1/2 way--hmm, wonder why...kinda like the encephalitis series my oldest ds started but they stopped...bad reactions maybe?) and it looks like I had an extra small pox which (eeks!) shows I had a reaction to it. I was given the polio 5 times from 67-72 instead of 4 and it appears the DTP 7 times between 67-84 with the TD (adult) at the last one. At this rate, I may be a human thermometer. Guest guest
I know what the DAN! doctors recommend regarding vaccinations and I respectfully disagree. For those with only youngsters on this list, I can tell you that the vaccines don't stop with the booster shots in kindergarten. Our NT daughter was " required " to receive 7 injections prior to her entrance to college this year. It is increasingly harder to opt out of these injections depending on where you attend. She tells me many of the kids in college are on Ritilin and Stratera and are depressed. Does anyone here wonder why? The " funny " thing is, I look at the seemingly typical (injected) children as walking time bombs. Keep pumping these kids up with drugs and chemicals (tylenol, antibiotics, vaccines, chemical laden food, hormone laced meat and milk) and you ought not be surprised with the results: increased rates of autism, Parkinson's, early onset Alzheimer's, cancer, allergies, asthma, etc.... Jacquie [Read Coulter's " Divided Legacy, Vol III " and " A Shot in the Dark " as well as Mendelsohn's book " How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor " for more. Mendelsohn is a pediatrician who stopped vaccinating his patients.] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In a message dated 1/8/2005 12:14:35 AM Eastern Standard Time, kayleighkyle @ writes: Even that is unsafe. Colleges allow you to delcine because of religious reasons. My only concern with that is does that hinder your chance at being admitted to the school? Especially since you have to give the records with your admissions application. ======== Our daughter opted out of her mandatory injections. She did get into all of her chosen schools. I received additional immunizations, because of college, in 1996. My son was born in 1999. I still wonder if that played a key role in how sick I was the whole pregnancy and my son being more susceptible to vaccine injury. ======== Of course they did. Look at how rhoGAM effects autism rates. Continue to be wary. Jacquie
Guest guest
As a mother of two fully vacc'd children I can honestly say I dont think there is a " safe " vaccine schedule. If I could roll back the clock neither one of my children would have been injected with that crap in the first place. My 14 yr old is ok but my 4.5 yr old has issues from the vaccines. He will NEVER Receive another vaccine! Please please read and research all you can before making your decision. You have plenty of time to read and learn but once you go forth and get the injection...well, there is no going back. take care Sherry > > Can anyone recommend a SAFE vaccination schedule or a website that > lists one? Here is my page of suggestions for " safe " vaccination http://www.danasview.net/myvaxopn.htm It includes a book recommendation, book written by Dr. Cave. Here is the DAN recommendation http://tacanow.com/danprotocal.htm Here is how to waive vax if you want to do that http://home.san.rr.com/via/STATES/allstates.htm Dana
Guest guest
Hi Chuck, I can't think of any good doctor who would recommend vaccines to kids who are already injured with vaccines and have immune problems. The reaction of their immune system is unpredictable. Dr. Cave does not recommend vaccines, she just offers schedule for those parents who do want themselves to vaccinate their kids. She lists multiple causes in her book why vaccines can be dangerous and then says something like " if you believe you don't have any contraindications and want to proceed with vaccines... " . I would run away from any doctor recommending vaccines, no matter how many DAN! conferences he attended. I never heard that DAN! doctors recommended vaccines, if you know some of them you can share with us so that we would know about their views on vaccinations. DAN! doctors treat kids with autism, and giving them more vaccines is a crime. I don't see why no vaccines could be unsafe.
