If your chest hurts by tomorrow please go to the ER. Better to be safe than sorry. Now about the air.... I prefer a fan with the windows open.... but that's me.... I have more trouble when the air is on. I only turn it on when it gets blistering outside. Well, try to get some sleep. You've got to be exhausted.
