oh you..... You had me going for awhile there. cause I'm a member of the U.S. Commemorative National Gallery. And I knew that Texas won't be issued until Michigan which will be last week in Feb. for Members you won't start seeing them until March6th issued date; Than Florida after May 22nd Texas not until August 5th.
