I'm sitting in the condo on vacation and I haven't encountered any here...that's what you call the power of suggestion. LOL OTOH, we have black ants galore running around here and the management company says they spray every Friday...I think they are also going to be spraying on Tuesday this week. I had double capped, gowned and gloved and was pretty sure I didn't get them, but the Doc gave me a script for my peace of mind, LOL. Now I'm itching just thinking about it. I've been doing better when I get in my hour of swimming each day but the water has been rather cold since all the hurricanes so it is a test of will to get in the water when the temp of the water is down. I know other people would probably say that water temps in the 70's isn't so bad but we've been used to having it in the 80's until just the last couple of weeks. Our condo assn. won't start heating it until sometime in Oct. so I guess I'll just have to do more workouts in the weight room. I just don't find the machines nearly as invigorating as doing the exercises in the pool. I'm still having problems with my back (spinal stenosis) and neuropathy in my feet. When I get back from NC at the end of next month I am going to have to have my left foot operated on for bunions and hammer toes. I'm at the point where my shoes aren't comfortable and my feet keep me awake at night with their weird zapping that feels just like I've been electricuted. If there is an alternative to this I want to try to find it. Other than that, I just have the normal fibro aches and pains...you know...the good days and bad days. You never know from one day to the next what to expect. So glad to have you back with us. How is your health now. Bring us up to date. Please don't disappear again. We miss you too much when you do.
