I bet the crime rate is lower in those areas simple because they've already gone through it many years ago. The people who live there have taken back there streets and homes and that's what all of us should do to protect our families. I just saw a segment on Harlem the other night and they've come a long ways in just a few short years, but they're doing it. It takes the people to do it because the police can't be in all areas all the time. It's sad that individuals like all of us have to worry about such things... but until something changes, the safety of our children is at stake. You're right Zanna, it really doesn't matter where you live. These nut cases can drive into any area they like and crab what they want. Another thing, it's very good like you said Zanna to get a group together and go into the Sheriffs station and see who's in your neighborhood.
