Guest guest Posted July 18, 2004 Report Share Posted July 18, 2004 Kat.....So glad they found the problem and fixed it with no damage....Prayers more surgery well i got addmited to burnaby general a few days ago (or was it longer?) and they found a cyst on my overie. not cancerious thank god, but it was 6cm by 4cm....the took it out laprasocipcly last night and were able to save the overie. and i am well enough to go home.i feal so much better already. i can go to the bathroom without it hurting (it was pressing on my bladder making it painfull to pee) now i just have a few more weeks of recovery, and then i can go back to work. if anyone wants to talk to me, im going to be using a new MSN name, and it is the.canadian.girl@...KutrinaPlease visit our website at:http://ACES_Autoimmune.tripod.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted July 19, 2004 Report Share Posted July 19, 2004 Glad to hear they were able to save the ovary--I lost my first ovary to a hemorrhagic cyst when I was 13 and the last little bit of one to a huge bunch of cysts when I was 30, with a hyster in between. I know you'll feel so much better now. Glad they can do it laproscopically now---my belly looks like a battlezone. Feel better soon!
