Guest guest
Yikes! That's a busy couple of days! I'm overdue for a pulmonary function test, I think I see my Doc on the 16th and I'll have to ask him about it because this has been a rotten year for both the asthma and the allergies. Let me know how the flonase does. Kathy allergy doc Wouldn't you know it, go to a new doc and you bring another bag of pills home. lol I gotta have the allergy testing done and he also wants me to get a sleep study. He upped my advair, gonna try me on flonase and gave me a sample of patanol for my eyes to try. I go back in a month to get all the results of the testing and of my lung function test. I got to do one of the computer tests where you blow out the candles, the tech sure did it a whole lot better than I did. lol The allergy doc seems to think my asthma and sleeping problems worsen my allergies more than the other way around. Also my psych is lowering my lexapro and we'll see if that helps my dizziness. We're gonna take it one med at a time to see who the culprit is. lol Tommorrow I go see my regular doc and then another trip to Tulsa to see the gyno (for a yucky). Thats enough doc visits for two days to last me a couple of months at least. lol Theory of relativity: If you go back far enough, we're all related. Guest guest
, It always seems like once we get everything figured out. some crazy doctor can find JUST one more thing that's wrong with us, huh? LOL I hated that breathing test... if it's the same one I did. I felt like they cut off my air (they did) and I couldn't breathe and I kept panicking. I sucked when I should have blown hehehe You'll find the answer soon. I hope! It drives you crazy checking everything though, doesn't it? And what if it's only 2 things combined causing the dizziness? The choices are limitless. I'm not making you feel better am I? Sorry Hugs Christy allergy doc Wouldn't you know it, go to a new doc and you bring another bag of pills home. lol I gotta have the allergy testing done and he also wants me to get a sleep study. Guest guest
Yeah it drives you nuts. I went to the gyno today for my yearly yucky and lo and behold I didn't have to do one. Twas a different doc and he said I didn't need one yearly lets go to one every 3 years, of course I jumped at the chance. I did have him check a really sore spot I have (major pain when we try "you know what" lol) and he said it was a blood vessel that had ruptured and the area was really tender. Because I'm not on any hormones the vaginal walls are reall thin and easily infected and that was what caused it. He said it should clear up quick, he gave me a cream to use. He didn't see the need for me to go back on hormones, he was gonna check about the e-string for me tho. So 5 doctor visits in two days in enough for me, I'm tired and refuse to move for the rest of the week! lol Hugs to all,

Guest guest
I used to get a PAP every 6 months for years after my hyster, then down to every year...now they say that if you've had 3 normal ones in a year you can go to every 2-3 years. To be honest I don't mind the vaginal as much as I do the rectal.....yuck! Kathy RE: allergy doc Yeah it drives you nuts.
