I can't speak for everyone on the list, but I consider this list to be a

support to women who are trying, have tried or are planning on breastfeeding.

However, that does not mean that we cannot support each other in other areas

of our lives as well. And right now I am sure that you need support without

being concerned about whether you should bring this up on a " breastfeeding "

board or not. I for one hope that you can find what support you need here on

this board and do not care how often you bring up your recent loss. It must

be very difficult right now.

Sincerely-

- I appreciate your comments, it does mean a lot to me. Especially

right now it seems like all I want to talk about is our loss. Without

sounding crazy, sometimes I just feel like telling the clerk at the bank ( or

some other perfect stranger ) " I know you didn't even know I was pregnant,

but I was and we lost her and it hurts so much. " Thank-you all, at a time

like this I don't know what I would do without all of you! S.

We all understand what you are going through! I did have a d & c out of my

choice because I didn't know how long the bleeding would last (it was fairly

light at that point, so it could have been weeks) so I chose to have it done

and end things there for my emotional well being!

Kathy,

I'm so sorry to hear what's happening to you. My honest opinion -

it doesn't sound good. I'm so sorry to be blunt, but I wish that

someone had just told me when things started to happen to me...

When I had my m/c in Sept 03 (6w), I had been spotting for a couple

of days (dark brown), then bright red. I was in the br at work and

when I wiped, there was a little gray ball that looked kinda like

gnocchi (sorry...gross). I learned a few days later that that was

my baby. I did not have any symptoms except for breast tenderness &

bloating. It was devastating. My DH and I had tried for awhile to

get pg, and we were so disappointed.

I hope that things go well for you at your dr appt. If you need

anything, feel free to email me directly.

Thinking of you & wishing for the best,

C.
