Zanna & Everyone - Blood Pressure

Hi Everyone....

Zanna, my blood pressure is back to normal. I take my Hydrocort 4 times

a day now and I'm starting to feel like a REAL human being. Yesterday I

had to get my tire on my truck fixed, pick up hay and drop it off at

home, then pick up my meds, go to Costco, then go to Stater Bros to

grocery shop. It was a very long day and while in the middle of the

grocery store I started to fade. What a terrible feeling.... Anyway,

I realized I had been out too long and didn't take my pills. This

isn't going to be easy to remember to take these pills 4 times a day.

By the time I got home, fed my horses, fed my dogs, unloaded the truck

and put the groceries away, I was POOPED!..... My body hurt so much and

I couldn't keep my eye's opened any longer. I took a quick nap of one

hour then woke up with chills so I had to shut all the windows. I went

back to sleep and slept like a log. Today I've been outside working in

the yard.... up until the heat kicked in around 10am.
