Oh my gosh! I was there to see Dr. Ginsburg at 11:00 this morning!

DH and I both felt really comfortable with her and the fact the Brigham and

Womens is such a well renowned

hospital.

I hope you are doing ok. It sounds like you've had a good experience with her.

She told me that she doesn't see that many cases a year, which was my only

concern.

I can't believe how fast everything is happening for me especially since it took

5 months for the initial diagnosis

and 3 Drs later...

I got the appt yesterday! I called and they said tomorrow or October, so I said

I'll take tomorrow!

I'm going in on Friday for an office hysteroscopy. She believes it is moderate

and mostly just the lower portion

of my uterus. My tubes are clear but it is unclear if I have any lining because

I haven't had any bleeding and

my cervix isn't totally blocked. I'll know better on Friday.

My option is schedule the surgery with her or take the report to Dr. Isaacson on

October 3rd.

It would probably ease my mind. The receptionist there was so well versed in AS,

I'm sure he must see a lot of

cases.

I'm glad you had a good experience with Dr. Ginsburg. You've made the decision a

lot harder! But, I feel I'm in

good hands either way now. I'll try to get some more info on both Drs if

possible.

I also had a very bad experience with the ob who performed the D & C. He was so

arrogant and pretty much

shrugged every question I had off with " don't worry about it " . It is so rare,

I've never seen it in my 20 years of

practice. Dr. Ginsburg said because I had a molar pregnancy my chances of

developing AS were much higher

because a rigorous D & C is a must. He should have been looking for it with my

symptoms. I've since found a

much better ob/gyn who got me to where I am now.

Yes, we must keep in touch.
