Question About Coffee Creamers??

Hi Everyone! I have a quick question---I know we can have coffee, decaf especially, but I dont remember seeing anything about coffee creamers? Are any of them okay during Phase 1 ? Thanks!! (Im still learning all of this SBD stuff hee hee)

Your average coffee creamer is a non-dairy creamer and as such is not

approved on the SBD (transfats). Your best bet is a little half-and-half or

skim milk. There's a relatively lengthy post on this in the archives as

well -- just go through the group's website (link at the bottom of this

message), click on MESSAGES then do a search and you'll find it.

Just remember there is some corn syrup in

that FF half and half….I’d rather just have skim once I read
