I have a quick question---I know we can have coffee, decaf especially, but I dont remember seeing anything about coffee creamers? Are any of them okay during Phase 1 ? Thanks!! Your best bet is a little half-and-half or skim milk. There's a relatively lengthy post on this in the archives as well -- just go through the group's website (link at the bottom of this message), click on MESSAGES then do a search and you'll find it.
