You make yourself more ill stressing about what you can and can't eat. Hi , I've shared this before, but it has been awhile so I'll do it again. When I was first diagnosed, I knew I was not giving up tacos on Saturday night. My hubby has been fixing these for years. I even told my doctor that I would continue eating those. I did cut back to a few chips with salsa, then would have 2 tacos. But, I would have to exercise about 30 minutes after eating them to get a normal reading. As I continued eating those tacos, I found I could exercise 15 minutes and get a normal reading. A normal reading would be between 80-120. Almost six years later, I still eat tacos almost every Saturday night, and the only exercise I need to do is clean the kitchen. Most of my readings are around 100. hugs Eunice - who doesn't give up any food - just eat in moderation
