My eyelids swell up and they itch at times...I have found out it is

allergic dermatitis...from the eye makeup I was using. I went to the

eye doc and he prescribed this cream to put it them..you can actually

see where the eyeliner line was at....if I wear eye make=up now, it is a

pencil liner I use instead of a liquid one and I usually have no

problems...it was like a chemical burn to my eyelids...chippy
