Well ladies (and gentlemen), we finally went in for our first

ultrasound. They wanted to wait until 8 weeks to see a viable

heartbeat. My first two pregnancies, the babies stopped growing at

6 weeks after my first ultrasound so they waited this time until 8

weeks. The wait was excrucitating but worth it. The baby measured

right on and the heart was beating away. Our next hurdle is in 2

more weeks for another ultrasound and then I will be sent to the OB

portion of my current doctor who is a high risk infertility

specialist. I just wanted to give an update everyone and hope to

those trying after a resection. The dr did tell me that they will

be watching to see if the placenta implanted on the operative site.

If so they will be monitoring the baby's weight and growth starting

at 24 weeks, every week. He said it has happened and the baby

growth is just slightly slower. Also, I was informed that I will

have a c-section no matter what. Thanks for reading my update!
