Guest guest Posted October 9, 2003 Report Share Posted October 9, 2003 Before I talk to the neuro, can anyone tell me how to interpret blood carnitine levels (total vs free)? is on carnitor for previously low levels (although I never actually got the numbers before). She's coming off depakote, so I suspect her carnitine levels to rise from that alone. The current levels are: Total-- 123 (Ref range 24-100) and Free-- 64 (20-88). Thanks, Barbara p.s. If you remember, we hit another rough patch in the last couple of weeks, but has been doing great the last few days (not even any night seizures since Saturday night!!!!
