I was stuck with that dress It didn't occur to me that I should take a change of clothes with me ha! You wouldn't believe the excuses I've been finding just to get out and stay out of the house LOL......I left for my meeting at 1:30 yesterday just to go sit in the park in the QUIET! I'm gonna hit the gym this morning and then go to a matinee at the movie theater......any other ideas on what I can do to stay away?? You could read the newspaper to the residents or help the activities director lead them in chair exercises or lead a discussion on current events. Volunteer at school if they are having summer school. Ask if your church needs some special help this week. Find an elderly person that needs help with yard or house work. Or needs a ride to the grocery store. Do their laundry. Tell them they've been chosen for one random act of kindness.
