Anything crunchy (be it chips, taco shells, chicken wings, potato skins to name a few...) will likely be fried in the same fryer as all the normal breaded, gluten items. Avoid any and all things like this. (Wings and potato skins have gotten my family in the past. We didn't even realize they were deep fried. Ah, well. Live and learn.)
