Guest guest
hey, has anyone heard of a guy named christopher guerriero? he wrote a book called maximize your metabolism or something. as usual i heard about him in womens world. he has some strange plan where you eat by diet plan number one for two days then switch to diet plan two for two days, diet plan three for two days then start over. i guess all the switcharoo changaroo is supposed to freak out your metabolism or something. anyways....i thought i'd take a wack at it. they said you get to eat a lot of food but the guy says not to deviate from the food plan at all. only problem is...i can't eat that much food! seriously, its five meals a day & i'm stuffed before i finish half of one! i'll let you guys know if it works at all since anything that lets you stuff yourself & lose weight is good in my book. of course your supposed to cut out soda pop so probably thats half the weight loss anyways! dawn
Guest guest
Yep, he seems to be big on detoxing through eating the right stuff & cutting out soda pop (shich sounds SOO good right now, i WANT a mt. dew) & junk. He blathers on about whole foods too but you know thats hard to find here too. Its not that you can't find swordfish organics in florida, its that you can't find them here in the stix.
