Guest guest
Sue, If I didn't say it already, congratulations! I was hoping for a vaginal delivery when I was pregnant with my son. My OB totally supported this, but my baby was breech from 20 weeks on. So, even though I went into labour naturally I ended up with a c-section. I didn't labour for very long and the c-section was easy to recover from. Other members with a vaginal spetum dividing their 2 cervices have had the septum tear during delivery, but as awful as that sounds, in the midst of the pain of labour didn't feel anything. With my next pregnancy, I hope to have a vaginal birth if the baby isn't breech. SU resected, bicollis Hi all, I just got my BFP Wednesday and even thought it's VERY early, I started thinking about how being bicollis will affect my delivery. I know many of you out there have gone on to have successful vaginal deliveries with bicollis but have any of you suggested or have had suggested by RE to schedule a c-section to prevent complications? I am scared that I would go through much frustrations, end up with complications or rupture due to the septum in the cervix or just have to have a c-section in the end anyway. Any recommendations? Would an OB even allow me a scheduled c-section? If so, is it worth it for my piece of mind? Thanks in advance, Sue, 28 EDD Oct 25, 2004 Uterine Septum Resected 5/2003, Bicollis _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam?
