Guest guest
Cool site, thanks Dawn. I hadn't looked at a weight chart in years, LOL. According to the charts, five more pounds and I'll be in the normal range---I do want to lose about twenty, though. And, no, that wouldn't make me too thin...I'd still be heavier than I was until not quite ten years ago. Kathy neat diet site hey guys I found a cute diet website...and its free.http://www.dietbites.com/some of the articles were amusing.DawnPlease visit our website at:http://ACES_Autoimmune.tripod.com
Guest guest
Yeah, right now my weight loss is at a standstill, but at least I'm not gaining, LOL kathy Re: neat diet site I've decided that instead of losing weight, I need to get 6 inches taller. Any ideas on how to do that? Seriously, my feet are giving me a lot of trouble & I think losing 30 lbs might help some. But I just can't seem to get motivated. OK, I can't get motivated to do anything right now. I will wake up & be human again - someday! Guest guest
It's on that site, there's a place to click to determine your bone structure. Kathy Re: neat diet site Yeah, I noticed that the normal range was quite wide. For me it was anywhere from 108 to 130 or somethinglike that. I like the fact that they take into accountyour bone structure. I can't recall where it was but Ifound a site that had a chart that would tell you ifyou were small, med, or large boned. You had theoption of measuring your wrist or some other body partI've forgotten now. All my life I thought I was mediumboned....NOPE, just a little on the chuncky side. I'mactually small boned.
