There are so many doctors in Germany doing surgery on AS with old techniques even and not at all interested. Astrid, would it be okay for you if I gave him a call? I mean, it has been your original contact , you can write to him and tell him about ProfAShelp etc. and I can call him personally. That way he gets a good idea about our internationally spread memberships. Astrid, great news about you ttc! On what does your RE base his/her decision?
