I'm so glad to hear that things are going better! I just want you to know that

I really appreciate you sharing with us. It's helping me be prepared for that

one day when I'll get to be a mommy, too!

Bethany update

Hi everyone. I just thought I'd send a quick update. Bethany decided in the

night Friday that she'd had enough of the feeding tube and pulled it out. The

doctor decided to keep it out to see if she would eat which she did in grand

style. They just didn't want me to breastfeed her as she was " to weak " so I

decided the heck with it. Just get her home and I can do what I darn well

please. So she is starting to nurse. She just latches on and sucks for a while

then pulls off and cries. She is impatient like her mommy! This morning went a

little better, so I think we just may pull this nursing thing off.

So far she is a very QUEIT baby. She woke at 12:30, 4 and 8am to eat and has

slept all morning long. I hope it's because we had a big day yesterday with

coming home then we had to go to church early yesterday for a meeting and

service. I have to wake her up to feed her now. I'm just so glad we are home

and getting on with our lives.
