I also have a lot of cancer in my family, so I totally relate to the fear. I'm sure it'll turn out to be benign as they suspect. She cut four pieces off the tumor each from a different area and they all came back benign. And also that there weren't any suspicious cells. I do need to do a follow-up in 4 months, just to make sure that it hasn't grown or changed. It shouldn't, but she said that it's always best to check just in case there's one bad cell somewhere on it that could start dividing. I'm not worried. I'm very happy with the results. I wish I never had to go back, but better safe than sorry and I know it's just a precaution. So I'm feeling very good this week! I am glad it is all ending well though. Yikes. When I had a biopsy done they put me out and actually did surgery, that was 16 years ago though....I hope you are recovery ok. YEA you made it to 30 weeks!!!! only 10 more to go..... I had to cancel my dr. appt today because we are getting freezing rain and there is no way I'm driving in it, so I get to put off the weigh in until next Tuesday! The kids are home from school and Bob drove me to work, so I hope the house isn't a total disaster when I get home!!! They have been warned!!!
