Guest guest Posted June 19, 2005 Report Share Posted June 19, 2005 Hi All, I did not have an official weigh-in this week, I was waist deep in VBS every night, by my scales at home I am still 4 pounds under goal. I kept a food chart for 4 days, drank my water and contacted my team members. my exercise for week was 18 miles biking, 9 miles walking. I did not get to add any extra or new exercise, unless you consider chasing kids at VBS, sitting on floor and getting up and down!!!! now that is really exercise for me.
