I don't know if you read but I did have a whole wheat wrap with chicken and cheddar cheese and it bothered my guts. So I don't know which was the culprit, the dairy or the wheat. For now I am continuing on with this diet. I have always wanted to go to Alaska. I'm from Vancouver, British Columbia. I have always thought BC and Alaska are such beautiful places. My hubby was transfered to Alberta and I don't particularily love it here, I miss home. We do get to see the aurora and I cannot get enough of that, it must be spectacular where you're at! I have always wanted to check out the fjords in Alaska, have you been? You really are in God's country, I envy you! Is it expensive there? I think it would be an adventure to live there.
