My way of handling Cravings is I just don't bring home Chocolate which is my weakness. I crave chocolate. It is hard to pass it up and sometimes I will have a small peice.

As I eat late meals and 2 snacks daily with one snack eaten about 9 pm.

Chocolate is just about my biggest craving.I've learned to just not bring it into the house.

It is hard to let stuff alone that we crave. By eating just a little bit most times we can control the cravings.
