Guest guest Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Hi, My husband was diagnosed with PSC approximately six years ago and, so far, has been holding his own with a very slow progression. However, just recently he has had two bouts with cholangitis during the last year and now is suffering from very chronic fatigue. He has an ERCP done once a year, usually around this time, and takes URSO (8 tabs daily). He has very few symptoms - no itching or severe jaundice. He does not have sclerosis of the liver. He does complain of abdominal and calf bloating occasionally. His appetite has decreased over the past few years, although he has not had significant weight loss. He works very long hours 4 days a week with 4 days off following. Does anyone have any suggestions for the chronic fatigue? He is a 50 year old, otherwise healthy and very active male, who exercises regularly and eats well balanced meals (most of the time!). I feel there is something more I can do for him to help him in his battle with this disease, I just don't know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Janice Quote
