Guest guest
Hey Group, 8 days post-op and things are getting better slowly but surely. My surgeon advised I should be getting about 2000 calories a day in order to have a speedy recovery of 5/6 weeks. you'll never know how many more calories that seems like until they wire your mouth shut and tell you to that mush I mean much. I have tried my very very best w/ this diet and the most I can seem to add up in a day is 700!! Did anyone else encounter this calorie hell? I feel like I spend half of my day eating(aka drinking)food. I'm mostly afraid that not getting the calories is going to make me be wired longer? Is this an illogical thought? Anyone have any tips on tacking on the calories? Thanks so much! *~Daisy~*
