Hi ,

I wouldn't worry about the blood unless it keeps up for more than a

day or two. I think it's probably just that your colon is

irritated...it's busy trying to flush out all the antibiotics and

anesthesia you've received over the last week. Try to focus on just

getting good rest, taking it easy and eating well. You just had

major surgery, girl! Let your body heal from that before you get

into the heavy detoxing again. Dr. Mercola wanted me to build up my

adrenals before detoxing. Given you've just had major surgery, give

your adrenals a break! Love, PH

Lynn,

I am resting .....thanks for the no-worry thing about the blood. I think most

girls would freak out when they get blood in their stool. But for some

reason I feel at ease and now even better with your answer. Thanks.

What else can I do besides rest to help my adrenals?

Hi Lynn,

I try to get plenty of rest but I have trouble sleeping and have for a long time now. As far as stress..

I dont think I have any around my house because mostly everyone takes care of theirselves on their own.

I just takes it easy all day and night like I have been for the past 3 years.

But the sleeping part is the problem i lay in bed at 10:00 and sometimes dont fall asleep until 1:30 or 6:30 am. This can become a nuisance sometimes.

HOw are you feeling Lynn? I hope you are doing better this is the year for all of us for healing in Gods plan.

I know that for sure.

I cant wait for my boobies to heal and I can wear a regular bra again but I dont worry about that at this

time. A coffee enema helped with my belly swelling and leg pain today. I was able to cook for my

in-laws that came over today to eat. I havent did that in a long time and my husband helped me tooo.

Great news !Something I learned long ago is that if I go to bed and can't sleep, I get up . . . Somehow, laying in bed awake teaches the body that it doesn't have to sleep after going to bed.I'll have a glass of milk, Sleepy Time tea, watch a boring TV show (must be boring) . . something I really don't have any interest in . . . or something I learned years ago while working night shift . . . Read something technical. I found that my brain would check out and put me to sleep in minutes if I tried to make it comprehend an algebra book! I recently bought a DVD course on Genetics . . . I really want to understand this stuff.. . However, my brain apparently doesn't. I inevitably

go to sleep after watching it for any longer than 15 minutes. Still, I take Temazapam, 15 mg. nightly. It usually allows me to go right to sleep and get enough deep sleep to keep going. Hugs,Rogene Re: Re: Swallowing and hard to breathe

Lynn

I know how you feel and I am too tired to cook most of the time so I live off of salads plain. I dont eat

breakfast anymore either. I am starting to eat a little organic meats and feeling a little better.

Start slow on what you eat and try to remember what makes you feel bad and run away from that.

Hang in there its bound to get better with fasting.

I am doing so much better today with my coffee enema ....I have a little swelling in my tummy and lots

of it has gone down to the enemas which seem to helping tremendously.I just brew it in the coffee pot.

I stay away from all breads until I did more fastings.

Lynn,

See if you can figure out what you can eat off this list:

http://www.celiac.com/catalog/

I'm thinking you need to find gluten free "bread" products . . . so you can build meals around them.

One of my friends is almost as sensitive as you. She manages to find enough to eat that she has to watch her weight. . . It can be done. . .But it's going to take a special effort to find substitute foods.

Something that's supposed to be really good is flour made from pecans! . . .

Can you eat milk, eggs and cheese that are cooked into other foods? . . . or do you need to eliminate anything that contains any of the foods you're sensitive to?

Does your doctor have a list of permissable foods?

Another idea . . . Maybe a nutritionist/dietitian could help you figure out what you can eat and how to keep it nutritious.

Rice milk should be OK . . . I'd avoid soy though.

Have you tried Kefir? . . . I think the stuff that people are allergic to in milk have been converted to other products in Kefir. . . Of course, that's getting close to cheese then.

Is butter off your list? . .. You might substitute with coconut oil. . . Virgin oil has a strong coconut flavor, but expelled coconut oil has only a hint of coconut. www.tropicaltraditions.com

Re: Swallowing and hard to breathe

Hi Rogene,I am sure not very many. I really don't know how many because nothing I eat comes in a box anymore - I should research on the internet. I am so so limited as to what I am not sesitive too. I will foward you my test results. My doc said to try to stick to things under 1.0 - HA HA! No eggs, probably forever. No beef. No milk. No cheese. No glueten. I have been eating many different nuts.

Avacados. Chicken. But I really don't have much at all to choose from. I told my doctor my concern of losing so much weight and he said I could add back some of the level 1 foods but limit them - and nothing over a 1. Oh, and no garlic. I use to be in your exact same situation...I was even allergic to water. You will

notice once you start fasting like a juice fast your body will start putting on the

weight that it needs to survive. I have a book by Dr. Colbert called Toxic Relief

that helps with water fasting and juice fasting. I was only 85lbs when I did my

first juice fast and foods started slowing agreeing with me. I did a 3 day juice fast

every 2 weeks and the weight started to come back to me in no time at all.

Start juicing and stop eating for 3 days and see if this helps you stop losing

weight.

Rogene,

the funny thing about me not getting any sleep is I am not dragging tired today ...I dont know why?

I use to be drag tired but I will try some of your remedies and try some teas maybe since I cannot

have milk to feed the candida.

Thanks LOve

Re: Re: Swallowing and hard to breathe

Hi ,

I am just okay. I am losing so much weight and so quickly that I am

getting pretty scared. In the last week I have lost 3 lbs - with no

excersise. My clothes are hanging off me. But my diet is so limited

do to food sensitivities. So???

I had horrible insomnia these past couple of months. Ever since my

thyroid meds were adjusted I am sleeping soundly all night. So, I

have something to be happy for.

I am so happy you were able to cook for the in-laws. It is amazing

to me that daily chores wipe me out.

I pray that we all get well.

Love and prayers, Lynn

Lynn,How many calories do you estimate you are eating a day?Following a healthy diet should mean eating enough of the foods you CAN eat, rather than just cutting out those you can't eat.Can you eat Virgin Coconut oil? Avocados? Walnuts? Almonds? Goat Cheese? Eggs? Salmon? Olive Oil?Hugs,Rogene

I thought the same thing that I wasn't going to fast until I put on the weight but that was the wrong way

of thinking. Fasting in your body knows what to do with the nutrients as Dr. Colbert explains so if your

body needs to gain weight it will through fasting and if your body needs to lose weight it will through

fasting that how God design our bodies to work its very complex. And fasting helps put on the weight for

me it was truly a miracle because I wore size 12 in little girls and after fasting I got in to a size 1 in womens

and now I am in a size 7 today.

Lynn coffee enemas helped me too here recently with Candida and it makes me feel like I am getting

rid of a lot of toxins at once.

The way you feel is normal because your body is not absorbing nutristion. when you fast it will start

helping you with those food allergies. You must get a juicer.

You are not a downer girl...I know its hard to stay positive but keep your eye on healing remedies as much

as possible. You need to get mad at this disease and start fighting back with juicing.

I know how bad you miss your life but I am here to say after 3 years of fighting I wanted to give up too but

you cant because God has so much for you here to do ....You must have a lot of unfinished business here on earth to do or you would not have found this web site on healing. God didn't bring you this far to let

you down.

Hang in there...You really need juicing like I did.

Love ya

Hi Rogene,

I am sure not very many. I really don't know how many because

nothing I eat comes in a box anymore - I should research on the

internet.

I am so so limited as to what I am not sesitive too. I will foward

you my test results. My doc said to try to stick to things under

1.0 - HA HA! No eggs, probably forever. No beef. No milk. No

cheese. No glueten.

I have been eating many different nuts. Avacados. Chicken. But I

really don't have much at all to choose from. I told my doctor my

concern of losing so much weight and he said I could add back some of

the level 1 foods but limit them - and nothing over a 1.

Oh, and no garlic. Great, huh?
