Alisa saved me the time of searching through the archives for your letter and my response. I vividly recall your introductory letter, and was dismayed that you didn't appear to have remained subscribed. Now, as then, I don't understand why you think your circumstances are so dire. The way I understand your situation, your doctors sound as if they're lacking in communication skills (as well as some other skills, perhaps), but the information you gave us sounds to pretty much parallel the experience of many of us. In my last letter, I asked if you'd mind sharing a few details with us; some information that will be more illustrative for us to get a better picture of your medical situation: - diagnosis (papillary? follicular? papillary/follicular? medullary?) - size of tumor(s) and degree of invasion (were lymph nodes removed?) - did you go on a low iodine diet before your RAI scan and treatment? - NYC Tranter wrote: > I signed on digest mode a few months ago and > appreciated the welcome. ....
