Guest guest Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 I'm going out on a limb here and will say the last I heard on this issue was several years ago and it had to do with the lack of a pedi capability. They don't have a pedi ward so to speak (this is what I heard through the discussion that took place several years ago and this may be incorrect). Too many grey hairs I just don't remember as it wasn't that important to me at the time. BH Re: Army Medical Center first I've heard of it, but that's not saying much. I've been looking through the San news archives, and haven't seen anything on it (did a Google search too). Sounded pretty unlikely to me as well. Guest guest Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 BAMC has the Institute of Surgical Research previously called the Burn Unit. I still think its because of the lack of extensive pedi capabilities. BH Re: Army Medical Center I thought Dr. Bledsoe already made this clear...research.
