Jo & Don,

I completely agree with you guys. It's not about the content - for me

anyway - it's the nastiness. Having been subjected to some myself I

know how bad it can feel. Sometimes I think that email can be

difficult to interpret because there are no facial expressions or

intonations associated with it - but I think that's all the more

reason to try to be especially sensitive about what you write. If I

tell someone they have no right to their opinion because they are

intolerant of mine - I'm just as guilty as they are! Just my

thoughts.
