Leanne- You are always more then welcome to email me personally. My

regular email address is schellkrista@... (that's the

address, if that part doesn't show up.) And, as PH said many of us

have myspace accounts and we correspond privately through there. PH

and I email back and forth almost every day! It's been fun seeing what

people look like and a see a peek into their personal lives. Here is

the link to my page: http://www.myspace.com/kristaschell if you want

to see me or if you get your own space!

Try not to worry and stress too much. That is one of my biggest

downfalls too, worrying about everything and thinking I have every

disease and condition! It doesn't help to worry! I'm sure your PS did

a great job and with time and patience you (and all all us) will be

back to ourselves again.

As far as the forum goes, it is totally fine to take breaks when you

need to. Everyone understands and when you take breaks....you are

always welcome back when you are ready! You can always just email

people personally if you need to talk or need advice.

Love, Krista

I so agree with you, diet is the most important! How are you doing on

yours? I have been on mine for a month now. I have to be on mine for

quite awhile since I have major yeast/fungal overgrowth. I found out

what gave my my lovely rash last week, it was the natural antibiotic

LDM-100 that did it. I was on it for my chest cold. I feel better

now so I don't need to take it anymore anyway so that works! My all

over rash is now gone.

How are you feeling? I hope your doing much, much better. I only

have " die off " symptoms from my supplements now. I am digesting food

a bit better now and if I do get gas it usually will pass or

sometimes I just take a gas relief pill (phazyme) and it now actually

works now. So many months I would take things and nothing would

relieve it. I keep that to a minimum and only when I need it.

I hope your happy with the way your breasts are looking. I'm happy

with mine (the nipple still looks wrong but I will deal with that

later). Otherwise she did a good job. My gynocologist was impressed.

I'm so glad that all behind us now.....ready to move forward!

Happy New Year to ya!

Cherie,

I'm thrilled to hear you're finally making progress . . . and not reacting so strongly to everything! . . .

I suspect your system was totally overloaded. . . It will probably take quite a while to dump the garbage . . . but as long as you continue working at it, you should continue to feel better.

Happy New Year!

Krista,

You've come sooooooooo far! . . . You really are "getting" it . . . especially diet and stress wise! You're on your way to getting your life back! Congradulations!

Thanks for your note to Leanne . . . I love to see women networking and supporting each other! We get a little too busy here sometimes to be able to keep that personal touch we all need. . .

I hope all of you check up on some of our members who disappear from time to time . . . Some of them still need support!

I'm concerned about Brigite too . . . anyone heard from her? . . . She and her hubby were going to separate after Christmas.

And, you have to watch out for Sue . . . She goes quiet when she's feeling bad.

HI PH,

How are you feeling since stopping the green juices?

I've just started my new diet resolutions for the new year, so I'm

excited that I will lose my extra pounds!

I hope you are noticing a big difference already.

Hi Rogene,

Thank you for thinking about me, I am

still around !!!

I had a few good days on the run up to Christmas

and had the entire family round for Christmas dinner.

Unfortunately I went to a party New Years

Eve, got home late and had some dips with crisps….I really paid for it

yesterday I felt as though I had run a marathon….everything ached.

Every time I stood up I felt faint and my

BP was all over the place along with my pulse.

Today I feel a little better; I spent the

whole of yesterday laying down and had a good lie in this morning.

It’s so frustrating it’s not

as though I danced the night away, I was sitting for most of it.

I hope you had a great Christmas and New

Year.

I am going to stick to my diet rigidly; I

pretty much have, NO CHOCOLATE FOR ME( boo hoo)

I am loosing weight really fast again

though, my hubby bought me clothes for Christmas and I have to change them,

already gone down a dress size!

I had about four days without the

dizziness it was sooo good I can honestly say I felt near normal.

I am sure a lot is to do with my hormones,

I am having a blood test tomorrow, thyroid again and hormone levels, cholesterol

ect.

I have not seen any posts from Brigite in

ages.. I also hope everything is ok with her, bless her.

Happy New Year.

Lots of Love

Sue

Great to hear from you Sue . . . and to know your headaches let up for a while . . .

Since your reacted so strongly to the dips and crisps, it appears you are extremely sensitive to something! Probably to more than one thing . . . Have you considered "The Elimination Diet" ?. . . I don't have the link to it . . but it should be easy to find. .

Basically, it takes you down to just a few foods known for their low allergy response . . . then gradually adds more food, giving you a chance to see if you react.

Be sure to get plenty of healthy oils/calories on your diet . . . Coconut oil is fantastic! You don't need to be losing weight . . especially so fast! Not good! . . . It puts a burden on your heart as it tries to compensate.

Rogene,

I think the elimination diet would be a

good thing.

I have tried to get into the links

at the bottom of the page but it keeps telling me my log in details are wrong, I

HAVE REQUESTED THEM got them back and I still cannot get in.

I will wait until my daughter comes over

she is much more computer literate than me; she will be able to help I hope.

I am eating a pretty basic diet of all

organic food, probably not enough though. I am not a lover of food never have

been I find the diet very challenging.

When I am really dizzy I find it very

difficult to stand and cook, it’s a vicious circle.

Hi Patty,

I am doing much better without the green juices...amazing...and thank

you for relieving my worst symptom! And here I thought I was being

so healthy! Most of my bluriness has left completely yet I still

have a slight loss of acuity in my left eye that annoys me because it

makes me feel diabled. I'm sure it'll go away in time.

I do miss the taste of the juice though and it bothers me because I

don't really know what to eat for breakfast, being that I'm allergic

to eggs and gluten intolerant. Oatmeal is debatable but I still have

it occasionally because I don't know what else to eat!!

I plan to do NAET to rid myself of egg, almond, dairy and bean

intolerances...Cutler recommends that as well. Oh, and I researched

what Cutler has to say about far infrared saunas and on several posts

he indicates that saunas are dangerous yet there's never any evidence

to back up the claim, so I'm going to stick w/ them on my off-

chelation days. Did you use the sauna then or wait completely til

after chelating? I know you said you took a year off from the sauna.

I just finished my first day of DMSA and even woke up at 1 and at 5

to take it...uuuggghhh! My body feels sooooo heavy which is good I

think. Must be working. Did you have any side effects? I finally

feel I'm headed on the right track even though I'm aware it may be a

long one!

So what specific changes are you making to your diet to help you

lose, although, seriously, I don't know what weight you're talking

about! Today is day 1 of the Maker's Diet for me and Krista. So far,

I haven't adhered to it because my kids had friends stay over and it

just seemed too much to do! Love, PH

Hi Sue,

I'm wondering if you might be celiac or gluten sensitive? The fact

that you think you had a reaction to the crisps (are those chips or

crackers?), yet feel almost normal for 4 days, could be a sign. I'm

gluten sensitive and one of the forums I used to read described the

exact same dizzy reaction for some people when gluten was ingested.

Even just a crumb could produce dizziness, brain fog, headaches. If

you are English, Irish or of Scandanavian descent, you are even more

likely to be gluten intolerant. Aren't you the one from England?

I'm not saying this is what's going on, but it might be worth

checking into. Love, PH
