chebe cinnamon bread

I made chebe cinnamon spirals today for the first time... I liked

them, but they have very little flavor in themselves, and they were

also a little labour intensive (although mostly because i chose to

roll out each rope for the spirals). I made a tasty cream cheese-

margarine- brown sugar and cinnamon topping in the hopes of evoking

cinnamon roll flavors. Not too bad, and the chebe itself was nice and

crunchy. I don't know if I would buy them again, though.. a little

expensive for what is essentially tapioca starch and cinnamon.
