Guest guest Posted October 16, 2002 Report Share Posted October 16, 2002 It's been 12 days since RAI, 10 days since I started levoxyl and cytomel (tapering down the cytomel dosage as the levoxyl kicks in). I'm still struggling with brain fog, and I've been having more and more pain in my neck - I'm assuming it's the radiation killing what's left of the thyroid - but it's getting to the point where it feels like it's burning all the time. I'm having to take ibuprophen for the pain. Is this all normal? I think for a living, and until the brain fog goes away I literally can't go back to work.
