This will allow you to access the site and get information as you need to, but you will no longer get the emails forwarded to your email address. If you choose, you can still read emails from time to time by going to the main website. I wish your grandson all the best. I guess that can happen sometimes, especially on a day like this when my email service is kind of slow.
