We did have a few heatrash-type problems the first week b/c he sweats a lot anyway, so we towled off his head a few times a day. But now his body temp has adjusted and he could care less about wearing it. I was worried b/c he is what I call " intense " (he was Colic), but it didn't disturb his sleep or day.
