SoonerStart is Oklahoma's early intervention program, and is

designed to meet the needs of infants and toddlers with disabilities

from birth to three and their families. SoonerStart is an

interagency program with collaboration between the Oklahoma State

Department of Education, Oklahoma Department of Health, Oklahoma

Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health

and Substance Abuse Services, and the Oklahoma Commission on

Children and Youth. The Oklahoma State Department of Education
