Guest guest
Hi Sherry, according to the experts (???) autoimmunity is not hereditary, but the tendency to get autoimmune diseases is greater for family members than the general public....I don't know what the difference is, but that's what " they " say...lol. Sorry you're all having such a time of it. Hope all calms down soon. Stress is too big a part of all this. Laurie

That's just one possibility, of course, but thrush is a fungus that's related to vaginal yeast infections. It is most commonly found in the mouth or esophagus. Guest guest
Hi Sherry... Sorry to hear that you are not feeling very well...but glad that you are seeing the doctor and that they are running new labs and looking into what is going on... Ty has gone thru times where it is one thing or another or sometimes everything at once...he has gotten sores in his mouth...many of them at a time..the worst is the one on the tip of his tongue....and has had shingles...which they put him in the hosp for ...was given IV antibiodics for this until they looked better.... luckily for him he has not had any mouth sores now for months...but he did suffer with them for months....very painful....they tried everything with them...nothing really seemed to keep them away...they would get better and then just come back.... Fortunately for Tyler he is now getting his Remicade infusions again and things are all so much better....unfortunately it is not something that is used for liver disease...he gets them because of his Crohns and Rhuematoid Arthritis....but it does seem to help him with alot of his problems.... hope you get some relief... Guest guest
Yes, getting enough of the right kind of fats is very important. When I went through one phase of dieting many, many years ago, I tried the low-fat thing. Nope...didn't work. I do watch my fat...try to make sure I'm consuming the essential fats. I am finishing this bottle of chromium picolinate, but I'm not buying anymore. I can't see that it helps me any. I'm gonna try the digestive enzymes. take care, sheila Sherry <hary722001@...> wrote: Great advice, ! This has been my experience also. Another matter to look at is fat intake. When I switched to skim milk it took me a while to realise that it caused even nonsugar cereals to through my blood sugar off. But the inclusion of healthy fat with the carbs balanced matters. In looking at my diet I realized I had gone so low fat that I wasn't getting enough. I make a point to allow plenty of good fats and do supplement with fish oil tabs. Also, if you can tolerate it, chromium picolinate helps tremendously. Sherry > > No, you don't need 50% of carbs.

I had done lots of research to know I was lacking, so was not surprized they had an effect. But was shocked to see how quickly they resolved my issues. Good luck. I'm surprised the chromium didn't work. It is very helpful to me. I know take mine in the one a day weight smart formula. This supplement is the cheapest way for me to get both chromium and the B vitamins. Sherry
