No insurance

Hi All, This is from washignton, DC. I haven't checked in for a long while, (feeling good and don't like to be reminded of the PSC). Nevertheless, I have a question for everyone. I am thinking about starting a small business. That would mean my giving up great health insurance with my current employer. I have no symptoms now and I'm only about 1.5 years from being DX. They say I'll probably have 10+ years or so before needing a TX. Is it absoultuely crazy for me to consider this? My wife has okay health insurance, but it is not as good as my current insurer (multual of Omaha - PPO: 100% in network, 80% out of network - no copay @ $60/month for me and my wife) What happens to people if they find themselves with little or no health insurance - No TX? Sorry for this strange question,
