As far as ttc this month....it is only a decision you can make. The gyn that did my HSG test at the end of Jan told me the effects of the HSG can last up to 6 months. This is my second cycle since my HSG test. I echo 's thoughts about deciding whether it would not be good to your health if you do ttc. I know the waiting just kills you doesn't it?? That has always been the hardest part for me and I think all of us. We feel fine physically so we just sit here and wonder why can't we already???? Is there any particular reason that the dr wants you to wait? I don't know much about clomid. Good luck with your decision.
