Guest guest
Amy W., The best way to introduce solids is to start with once a day in a small amount--choose a time when you feel like you have the least milk (or when feedings are closest together) and just offer. Sometimes working moms do this at day care so that they can nurse when together and have to pump less, though your situation is unique. Once started, then you choose how much to increase--in volumes and in frequencies. I was always conservative with my first, but now I am faced with starting #2 on something within the week. Guest guest
I can't honestly answer this question because I'm not sure how long will want to breastfeed. It depends on him and future circumstances. ~ M. ~ BestFedBaby@... Wife to Demetrios SAHMommy to Elijah (4/2/98) and (11/20/99)
