Labs came back

Last Friday I had blood work done and my creatinine went from 2.3 to

3.5. The neph is going to wait on doing the biopsy and we are going

straight to prednisone. He is starting me on a baby dose of 40mg and

then next month I'll be on 30mg and then 20mg and after that we will

do the biopsy. I wasn't real happy with the phone call, he

said " headed towards dialysis " 5 times in 15 minutes, as long as

I'm " headed " and not " there " .

I start my prednisone tomorrow. I'm glad it's a small dosage, I'm on

the " big boned " side and my luck is I'll gain 30 lbs in 3 months.

My boyfriend is clipping my kids toenails and it's not sounding

good. Gotta save him.

I am so disappointed for you that your creatinine has risen to 3.5. I pray

that your Prednisone treatment will help you. It has worked wonders for many

of our members.

I am so disappointed for you that your creatinine has risen to 3.5. I pray

that your Prednisone treatment will help you. It has worked wonders for many

of our members.
