OT: question for the guys

I figure this is one place where I can survey a whole bunch of men,

with a minimal amount of embarassment. So here goes:

If your testicles are enlarged, but not painful, is it more comfortable

to cup/support them in briefs or leave them unencumbered in pajamma

pants or sweats?

Quantell has a communicating hydrocele, which is quite active today.

His overall preference in life is to wear as little as possible, but

I'm wondering if I should encourage him otherwise for now.
