Louise,

It holds down the shoulders. Velcro is attached from the skullcap

to the vest. You fashion the velcro so it is holding the head

against the tilt.

Were the one who was thinking of going to KKR ( Karmel Ross)

for a consult? If so, you may want to tell her you want a Benik

Vest beforehand so she can order it.

Does your PT have KKR's book? She probably has the Benik Vest in

there. I can ask her tomorrow.
