Guest guest Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 Please pass this on to everyone you know in EMS. Dr. Racht also advise at the GETAC meeting he would be taking comments until Jan. 10th, and then GETAC would make a Position Statement. I would also comment at the folks that wrote this. You should be able to get the info on where to send it at their site. I think the deadline is Jan 30, 2005 for them. As I understand it N. Dakota, or S. Dakota sent in 400 or more comments. We can be that from Texas!! Also you can read EMSAT's Position at it's website www.emsatoftx.org Texas Ambulance Association is also putting together a response on this issue. So please get involved since this WILL effect each of you. Sincerely, Texas NAEMT Governor The Scope of Practice Survey site is up. Please forward this site to your respective EMS email lists. It is imperative that we get the word out and send people to the site to get their input. Here is the direct link: http://www.naemt.org/ScopeSurvey.htm You will also find this up on the front page of the NAEMT Website. Happy Thanksgiving. Take care and be safe. Regards to all, Gregg Lord Quote
